Civil Engineering Department organized expert lecture for the final year students of M. Tech, B. Tech and Diploma in Manjula hall at 1:50 to 3:30 PM on 10th August, 2018. Dr. Manoj Gundalia, Head, Civil Engineering Department of CGPIT, UTU welcomed Mrs Kavita Choksi madam with Bucke. The session was hosted by Ms. Palak Trivedi. Mrs Kavita Choksi, Valuer in K. N. Associates delivered an expert talk on real estate valuation. She explained each terminology related to estimation and valuation in detail. About 200 students along with faculties participated in that expert lecture. The session was not only much interactive and useful but opened new windows of knowledge in the field of valuation for the students. Along with the theoretical approach student understood practical approach by attending this expert lecture. The session was ended with vote of thanks by Ms. Helly Mehta.
