In today’s busy world, nobody has either time to look into themselves or to discuss their problems with others. But negligence of one’s own self could result in development of stress and depression. Hence, stress management and development of positive attitude help people, especially students, learn how to recognize, tackle and overcome the feelings of stress. Also, in this era, moral values are being constantly tested. To be a better human it is always necessary to follow the general norms and values that have been fed to us and live life in an ethical way. This expert session was all about the above mentioned things.
