Since mankind has evolved, humans have changed the environment to enhance his life and satisfy his needs through several developmental activities. Industrialization and urbanization have brought rapid social, economic, and technological changes in the society. In mean time, industrialization has contributed to serious environmental degradation and pollution by the excess usage and disposal of various hazardous wastes and chemicals. Environment is the very reason for our existence. Saving environment is ultimately saving us only. This seminar is intended to impart knowledge on various methods that can be adopted to control pollution and protect our environment.
